The objectives of the Protracted Relief and Recovery Operation (PRRO) are to: 1) respond to the food security and nutrition needs of conflict-affected IDPs, refugees, returnees, natural disaster-affected populations, and persons affected by acute economic stresses; 2) support the recovery of communities, families and individuals affected by shocks; 3) treat moderately malnourished children under 5 years and pregnant women and nursing mothers; and 4) contribute to the learning of primary and lower secondary school pupils and adults, particularly women
